If space opens up and we complete it earlier, you still pay the standard rate. We do not turn it into a priority charge after the fact.

Prices and targets are subject to the item, access, location, availability and final confirmation. Unusual, oversized or heavy jobs may require a direct conversation before acceptance.

Frequently asked questions

Is my request automatically booked?

No. Sending the form creates a request. Go Fetch checks availability, the item and the locations before confirming the job.

What is the difference between standard and priority?

Standard is the normal same-day service, currently targeted within approximately 3–4 hours. Priority is for customers who specifically request and secure a one-hour slot.

What if my standard job can be completed within an hour?

You keep the standard rate. The £60 price applies when priority service is specifically requested and accepted, not simply because a standard job happened to be completed early.

Can I enter the addresses manually?

Yes. Full manual pickup and drop-off address entry remains available even when you do not use location sharing.

What items can Go Fetch carry?

Send us the description, estimated weight and access details. We will confirm whether the item is suitable before accepting the request.

Does the driver enter the property?

Drivers do not routinely enter customers' homes. The item should be ready and safely accessible at the agreed collection point unless another arrangement has been confirmed.

How do I pay?

Payment arrangements are confirmed with the job.
